Excellent value for money. We had Room 5 - slept a couple and two adults.
Comfy beds & lounge area altho we weren't around long enuf to bother with the TV or outdoor area. We had all our own food for breaky so the kitchen had all else required. The only fault we could see was that the showrer was over the Spa which had quite high sides - a bit of a concern for older folk.
The Manager, Sue, couldn't have been more helpful - drove us to the township to meet a bus arranged for the wedding as we were all "lit up" in the high heels & the walk seemed a bit daunting. The pool & tennis court looked inviting & were well patronised by other guests.

Sue told us that our accommodation was not as good as some of the other rooms so there is a good choice available. AND we were able to book for ONE night only - a bonus!

We have three styles of self contained accommodation here:
3 and 2 bdrm family self contained villa`s.
2 bdrm deluxe spa self contained villa`s
1 bdrm self contained stylish studio`s
In total there are 11 Villa`s sleeping up to 47 guests.
Within the resort we have:
A pool, heated outdoor spa, tennis court, b-b-q area- undercover, play boat for the children all within our 2 acres of native gardens.
The bird life here is in abundance and you are able to feed the birds from your own private deck.
Within the Resort is a pet friendly villa ( only one ) This villa has a fenced off yard and sleeps up to 5 guests. Pets are allowed inside as well as outside.
The Resort is within walking distance to playgrounds, the beach, shops, and restaurants.
Our location is just off the Great Ocean Road, making day trips along the Great Ocean Road very accessible.

These stylish studio`s are very new and modern. They consist of: queen bed, convection m`wave,2 x hot plates, bar fridge, deep bath, w`machine and dryer, gas log fire and ceiling fans.

We have 2 x 2 bdrm family villa`s. Villa 5 "ONLY" is pet friendly, with wooden floors, gas log fire and a large corner spa.Fenced off yard for pets. Villa 4 is suitable for young families, carpet throughout, reverse cycle airconditioner., bath sized spa and separate shower. Both villa`s have washing machine, dryer and a fully self contained kitchen.
