Woodland is a beautiful home situated in a quiet, peaceful area just 200m from Silverleaves pristine beach and golf course and just a 10min walk along the beach or 5min drive to Cowes restaurants, shopping, pubs, clubs and cinemas.

You'll feel right at home in this spacious house which features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), lounge area and indoor and large outdoor deck dining areas. The house has heating and cooling.

The two main bedrooms have queen size beds, and the third bedroom has two single bunk beds (4 single beds). Doona's and pillows are provided. However, linen is NOT provided. Sheets and towels to be supplied by tenant. Linen can be available by request in advance.

After a day in the sun you'll be able to indulge in some culinary delights, and even a glass of wine at the local Silverleaves - just 100metres away. Or if you're feeling like a night in after perusing and purchasing at famous local markets, you'll be able to get creative with some of the local produce in a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ.

Woodland has everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, so come relax and enjoy the many sights, tastes and entertainment on offer in Phillip Island.

Woodland accepts pets by request, however property is NOT fully fenced.
