Ellie's Townhouse is fully self catering and has 4 large bedrooms, 2 with pillow top queen size beds and 2 with 2 single beds in each, therefore sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably, with electric blankets and quality bedding on all beds.
The property is ideal for couples travelling together, a family, or two families travelling together.
The Blackwood kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a comfortable sitting room with a leather lounge suite, TV, DVD, VCR, books, magazines and games. There is an electric heater and ceiling fan. The upstairs queen size bedroom also has a TV.
The bathroom is large and has a shower, a fully restored deep claw foot bath and pedestal basin. There is a separate toilet and fully equipped laundry.
Outdoors, there is a large paved private courtyard with Tasmanian timber furniture, for relaxed and casual dining.
Quality towels and linen provided.
There is a private off street car park.
Stanley is a beautiful seaside location, with the historic homes and buildings erected at the base of "The Nut", a 152 metre high monolith.
Ellie's Townhouse is right in the heart of the town, with delightful cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries on the door step. Just a short stroll (200m) takes guests to the pristine beaches, a golf course located on the foreshore, and of course to the chairlift to the icon of the town "The Nut".
The owners of Ellie's Cottages, also own Ye Olde Chocolate Shoppe and the Swingin' Anchor Cafe, specialising in Tasmanian made produce, and Tasmanian chocolates, lollies, icecream, and our famous Tasmanian Scallop Pies, house- baked here on site.
There is so much to see and do whilst in Stanley, with Tarkine forest tours, wildlife in abundance, Seal cruises, falls, historic buildings, river cruises, and walks of the beautiful township.
