All Chalets are private, have luxury appointments with a 4½ star AAA rating. Each Chalet has it’s own private balcony with a view to the forest or gardens. We offer the services of bed and breakfast accommodation in Moina, Cradle Mountain area with the total privacy of your own Chalet, and daily servicing. As a small lodge we can only accommodate 16 guests. Note there is no in house lodging, all accommodation has private facilities and are self-contained. For your comfort large quality antique style queen size beds ensure a good night sleep.

The Chalet Restaurant (dining by arrangement prior to arrival) reminiscent of a true mountain retreat, embraces the use of rare Tasmanian timbers. While dining, experience the unique feeling and atmosphere, where all guests feel part of this magical lodge. Cradle Chalet was the first lodge in the Cradle Mountain region to obtain accreditation for Healthy Options Tasmania for providing good quality healthy food, yes the owners do the cooking.

Cradle Chalet enjoys a very good occupancy and early bookings are advised. If you are considering visiting this region consider the type and style of accommodation your require.
