Yarrahapinni Homestead is a 4.5 star purpose built B&B facility located at the foot of Yarrahapinni Mountain on Tourist Route 14 just 3.4 Kms from the Pacific Highway.

The Homestead is on a 10-acre property in a parkland environment. It is only a short distance to several unspoilt beaches and National Parks. For those who love to swim, fish, walk or just enjoy the outdoors it is an idelic environment.

Accommodation is provided in three large rooms with queen beds and each has its own en-suite. Each room is air-conditioned for perfect all year round climate. One room is fitted to accommodate disabled guests with full wheel chair access. The public areas of the house include a large lounge area with a panoramic window looking up onto Yarrahapinni Mountain.

Dining facilities are arranged to allow guest to dine privately or as a group with friends or other guests. A separate large room is provided to watch TV (Austar available), read, play board games or just relax with a cup off coffee. This architect designed facility provides three large and separate veranda areas where guests can relax and enjoy the outdoors whilst sipping on a coffee or reading a book.

The property includes a swimming pool and plenty of space to practice the golf swing.

Breakfast is included in the tariff and comprises continental and full, choices including cereals, fresh fruit free range eggs local sausages and bacon and many special dishes from our ever-changing menu. Local fresh produce is served in season.

Morning and afternoon teas are served including fresh cakes and delicacies from the Yarrahapinni kitchen.

Gum Nut Suite
The Gum Nut Suit is an air-conditioned queen size guest bedroom it is spacious and stylishly decorated. The fully tiled and modern en-suite bathroom is well equipped to suit discerning guest expectations. A very comfortable queen bed, desk, bed side tables and lounge chairs are included in the suite. The suite opens onto a veranda where your own table and chairs provide an ideal location to gaze across the property to the rainforest covered mountain whilst enjoying a morning coffee in the company and many native birds and the occasional visiting wallaby. Warratah
The Warratah Suite enjoys the benefit of excellent natural lighting with large sliding glass doors opening onto a wide verandah. Your own outdoor table setting looks out upon beautiful lawns and gardens, grazing cows, natural bushland and majestic Yarrahapinni Mountain. A perfect place to enjoy a wonderful breakfast whilst snuggled up in our fluffy white towelling bathrobes. The bedding is a very comfortable queen bed. Plenty of wardrobe storage, luggage rack, lounge chairs and bedside tables. An aditional bed can be provided to accommodate an older child. Full breakfast from extensive menu is included.
