Puddleduck Cottage is located on the Mornington Peninsula, in Mt Martha. Puddleduck cottage has been designed to be cosy and initmate for two people and be comfortable and spacious for up to eight. By down sizing the cottage, one is able to have two totally separate sections. The rear section has two bedrooms (1 King (or twin) & 1 Queen)both with ensuite, and a large spa. The front section also has two bedrooms (1 Queen & 2 singles)& a bathroom. Both living areas have wood heaters, climate control, kitchen & laundry facilites, tv, hifi, vcr. Open up both sections and eight people have sheer space and luxury. Puddleduck cottage is situated conveniently close to shops, restaurants, beaches (bayside & ocean), a host of boutique wineries, a bevy of golf courses and National Parks plus many top tourist attractions.
The configuration of the cottage may be downsized to two separate suites, one with the large heated spa and the Deluxe suite without the spa.
Puddleduck Cottage also has a lovely modern kitchen as well as a TV, VCR and CD player. There is a second living area, laundry facilities as well as a main bathroom. There is a lovely relaxing garden area that includes a bbq.
Breakfast provisions are provided for the guests first morning of their stay.
There is alos room for a boat.
Puddleduck Cottage is only 400m from the bay where there's an abundance of activities such as snorkelling, rock fishing, sailing and water sports. There are also excellent wineries and golf courses.
