Noise after 9:30pm is to be kept to a minimum in consideration of other guests.
No illegal activities are permitted on these premises.
Your Suite and contents: Damage, Breakage, and theft ..... these are the guest's responsibility.
We reserve the right to charge for any additional cleaning or damage to the property that may occur during your stay.
When you vacate your suite, it should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Stealing any items from Santa Maria Executive Suites is considered a criminal act and charges will be laid accordingly.
In view of all of these policies we strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to cover unforeseeable events which may lead to a cancellation and liability for loss or damages that may occur.
Guests who do not follow the above house rules will be asked to leave immediately, and will incur a fee for full accommodation.
