Sanddancers Bed and Breakfast is a modern, purpose built property situated in beautiful Vincentia in Jervis Bay, on the New South Wales South Coast and is four star rated.

The house itself has four queen rooms. Each room has an ensuite. The Guest Lounge is equipped with a 68cm television, video and cd player, board games, library and free internet station.

Each queen bedroom has private ensuite, T/V DVD, Ipod docking station and free wifi access.

The modern Guest Kitchen/Dining Area is open plan and guests can make tea and coffee and light snacks. Breakfast is provided and includes a varied Continental Breakfast with fruit juices, toast and pastries with preserves, cereal, and fresh fruit, European style savory platter with salmon, ham, assorted cheeses, sun dried tomato and olives.
All served with freshly brewed tea and coffee.

Guests are welcome to request early check in and late check out, subject to room availability.

A BBQ area is equipped with outside dining furniture where guests can cook for themselves, or even invite friends around

With private off street parking facilities, and a garage available by arrangement you can be sure your car will be safe during your stay.

Guests are welcome to use our Laundry area by arrangement.

Sanddancers has seperate managers residence and private guest entrance.

Accommodation is not suitable for children under 8 years of age unless a whole house booking is made, children over the age of 8 years can be accommodated as a second person in a queen room or a third person in the queen room in a seperate fold down bed for an additional person charge.
