The Hotel Staff were very helpful and even catered for the fact that we needed to use hotel facilities after our checkout time. We were very grateful for their understanding and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again next time we are in town.

From the moment I walked in the doors, staff made me feel right at home with every member of the team going out of there way to make your entry into their world your world.
While you feel it is part of their job to undertake this customer relationship service it is appreciated I am sure by other customers.

The BEST location if going to the Convention Centre/ Darling Harbour....walk undercover for 2 minutes and you are there, which was fantastic in the rain! The studio apartment was spacious, but view out onto building next door. I would definitely stay there again!

My stay at the Hotel Ibis at Darling Harbour was really great. All the staff were very polite and co-operative. The rooms are very clean and cosy, and they include all the basic things you need. Major entertainment is within walking distance. Views from the room were fantastic. The food was absolutly delicious. I would recomend this hotel to family and friends. Thankyou so much for a truly great weekend. A fantastic way to celebrate my Birthday. Thanks again.

The apartment was great. View fabulous.
If there was a critism it was the fact you check in in one place, go to another for the apartment. Very disjointed.
Otherwise, the people I dealt with were very friendly.
