Everything was good quality and in good condition. There was a mix of permanent residents and holiday makers.
The only problem was that there were no casserole dish or no potato peeler. Had to buy our own.
Great location. Easy walking distance to The Rocks and other places.

Fantastic location, excellent security. However, room was very tired and in need of maintenance. Quite noisy with traffic but a small price to pay for a view of Darling Harbour. The staff we dealt with were professional but not friendly - a smile goes a long way. The cleaners came daily and complimentary items replenished which was awesome. All in all the apartments were ideal for a short stay but I'm not sure I would use again.

Clean, tidy, everything you need, pleasant friendly staff, handy to Central Rail station and Broadway Shopping Centre. Only thing missing would be a coffee table.

Cannot expect more than this at this price and location. Yes you get noise on Friday and Saturday. If cost is your priority, you are not noise-sensitive and you just want a place for sleep, then this place is quite acceptable.

Ideal for a visit to Sydney City and very close to Darling Harbour, a very affordable rate and a very comfortable bed. Thought soundproof meant room was soundproof but it actually means you have a sound barrier on the window to cut out the traffic noise. Some noise from upstairs with other guests walking etc. Hotel has secure parking in another building close by, but make sure you get that information on check in, as we didn't and then we couldn't park our car as we needed a secure code to enter the car park.... All in all, I would stay at The Vulcan again and maybe spend a little extra for an upgrade.

Wonderful friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We were even up graded when we arrived. It was pure luxury. Thanks heaps

Enjoyed the lovely "art deco" decor and discovering the hotels very interesting history. Our room was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and serviced daily to an excellent standard. We found all staff very welcoming and friendly to deal with.
The ideal location of The Grace meant it was within walking distance to most of the main attractions in Sydney.
We look forward to staying at The Grace again in the future.
