The cottages are dotted around five acres of park-like lawns and gardens, so there's plenty of space between each dwelling. The grounds feature a gazebo with barbecue at the edge of the lake. Especially unique is an in ground heated pool and spa that is undercover. The cottages have been built with natural cedar and allowed to develop a weathered, rustic look. Each one is just like an individual country dwelling with its own fenced garden and verandah, wood fire, complete kitchen and even a laundry. The interiors feature natural woods, corrugated iron and recycled materials with a particularly Australian flavour, tastefully combined with comfy furniture and soft furnishings. There are a four two-bedroom cottages, one three bedroom lodge that can sleep up to 10, and one romantic loft cottage for two. All have spas.
