Cancellation Policy

Booking Conditions We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. Cancellation Policy If cancelled more than 14 days before arrival date, deposit will be refunded less an administration fee. If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date, deposit will be forfeited. For the family or for the couple who would prefer accommodation with cooking facilities, Heyfield has large and spacious ground floor 1 br self contained apartments that can accommodate a family of up to 4 (couple plus 1 -2 singles). Some apartments have a queen or double with 2 singles, others have a fold down sofabed as the third bed.
