Central Avenue Apartments are located at 1 Charles West Avenue in the centre of Margaret River. If you are arriving into Margaret River from the North along Bussell Highway: Go over the bridge of The Margaret River Turn first right onto Tunbridge Street We are approximately 200m on the left on the corner of Tunbridge Street and Charles West Avenue Our main carpark can be accessed from Tunbridge Street just past the Charles West Avenue turn-off. Travel Directions

Central Avenue Apartments are located at 1 Charles West Avenue in the centre of Margaret River. Check In

Late Arrival Reception is on the ground floor below the apartments and will be open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (except for public holidays). If you are arriving on the weekend or outside of business hours please let us know and we can arrange for you to collect your key from reception at the Margaret River Hotel. The Margaret River Hotel is at 139 Bussell Highway, the main road in Margaret River and is only a short walk away from the apartments. If you check in after hours at the Margaret River Hotel any amounts owing will be deducted from your credit card on the first business day after your arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made for payment

Cancellation Policy

Booking Conditions We will require 50% deposit by credit card to confirm your booking with full payment of the balance required on or before arrival. In the case of 1 night bookings full payment will be required at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy • If you cancel at least 10 days before your booking we will give you a full refund less a $25 administration fee. • If you cancel within 10 days of your booking we will give you a refund as above if we are able to re-book the apartment and all of our 5 apartments are fully booked (ie. we have suffered no loss by reason of your cancellation). • If we are not able to re-book the apartment we reserve the discretion to retain your deposit in full. Disclaimer At all times we, Central Avenue Apartments will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option.
