Late Arrival If you are arriving after 5.00pm Monday to Friday or 2.30pm on weekends please advise us to make prior arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Conditions We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. We do not accept check-ins or checkouts on Christmas Day and New Year Day. Cancellation Policy Mid or High Season If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival there will be a full refund given less a cancellation fee of $50.00. If the booking is cancelled within 28 days of the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the complete period of the original booking. An administation fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded. Low Season: If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned arrival date, there will be a full refund given, less an administration fee of $50.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the expected arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-letfor the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held, before the remainder is refunded. Short Notice Bookings: When a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premisesare re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded. Confirmed Bookings: A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm a booking. The balance of the tariff is required on arrival. ( Or such other time as arranged.) The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing the refund cheque, mailing the refund cheque and meeting bank charges.
