The Fun`n' Sun Motel offers clean,comfortable affordable semi self-contained / motel style accommodation. Situated in the lovely coastal town of Ballina. The Fun`n' Sun Motel is the perfect base for you to discover the sunny beaches and the many attractions surrounding Ballina on the north coast of NSW. We provide spacious motel and semi self-contained open plan and two bedroom poolside units that come complete with air conditioning, under cover parking (right out your unit) and are all ground floor. Facilities include a lovely 1.7M deep outdoor pool and free undercover BBQ area with plenty of space for the kids to let off steam or the adults can just kick back and relax. A disabled unit is also available.Each unit faces out via patio doors onto our pool with outdoor seating for each unit ..We can also provide breakfasts and evening meals to your room, and there is also a guest laundry (small fee) There is a tavern/Dan Murphys and small shopping area within 300m of the motel The Motel is on the western side of Ballina which will provide you many things to do and see including the famous Big Prawn, swimming and surf beaches, great shopping, fine restaurants, lakes for fishing and scenic drives along the breathtaking east coast of Australia.NOW WITH FREE WIFI......

We are located in WEST BALLINA-for sat navs , please type "sunset avenue" its 20m away. From Ballina Airport: 1. Head all the way through Ballina , we are approx 5km from the airport. 2.at the "Big Prawn roundabout, take the last exit headin north back down the road. The Funnsun is approx 500m back. From Coolangatta Airport: 1. Head north on Terminal Ave toward Adina Ave 2. Turn right to stay on Terminal Ave 3. Turn left to stay on Terminal Ave 4. Continue on Johnston St 5. Turn right at Gold Coast Hwy 6. Continue on Tweed Heads Bypass Entering New South Wales 7. Continue on Pacific Hwy for approx 90km , Pass the 1st Ballina turn off and travel several km down the new bypass. Turn off at the second Ballina turning (island) . We are approx 2km from the island 500m pass the big prawn.
