Cancellation Policy

Full payment must be received no later than a month prior to the guests arrival. If the guest has booked within the month full payment is required immediately to confirm. If the guest does decide to cancel they may have their deposit returned if we are given a months notice prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is within the month the deposit will only be returned if the specific dates are booked. Ultimately the guest may change their dates subject to availability leaving their deposit in place.
