Situated in the world famous wine region of Margaret River, Leeuwin Apartments are only a ten minute stroll to the local township, which boasts renowned restaurants, bars and extensive galleries, we are also perfectly located for you to investigate the vast variety of wineries this region has to offer. Our fantastic and extensive on-site facilities include; a large outdoor swimming pool, two outdoor heated jacuzzis, fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, half size tennis court and a barbeque entertainment area. Each apartment features up to three bedrooms and includes fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher and microwave oven, satellite television, DVD and CD players, washing machine and dryer. These superbly appointed apartments are perfect for the romantic couple, the corporate traveller, holidaying family or small groups.

Travel Directions

From the North : Travel on the Busselton bypass road towards Margaret River. Turn left at the roundabout and follow the Bussell Highway into Margaret River. After crossing the Margaret River bridge on the entrance to town, turn into the third street on your right, this is Wallcliffe Road. 500 metres on the right you will see the entrance for Leeuwin Apartments.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits received will be fully refunded if your reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. If cancelled within 48 hours, 1 nights accommodation rate will apply.

Single Level Apartment - Up To 2 Persons

This type of accommodation contains a queen size bed in master bedroom or 2 x single beds. Each apartment has a full bathroom and has extremely spacious living and dining areas. All apartments are fully self contained including a full kitchen, DVD and CD player, a washing machine and dryer. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons. Cot hire is available for a one-off charge of $20.00.
Single Level Apartment - Up To 4 Persons

This type of accommodation consists of a queen size bed in master bedroom and either a queen size bed in 2nd bedroom or 2 single beds. Each apartment has 2 full bathrooms and extremely spacious living and dining areas. All apartments are fully self contained including a full kitchen, DVD and CD player, a washing machine and dryer. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. Cots are available for a one-off charge of $20.00.

Our 2 level apartment has a bedding configuration of queen bed in master, queen bed in second bedroom, 2 single beds in third bedroom. Each apartment has two full bathrooms and a powder room on the ground level. The entire ground level is dedicated as your living area and consists of a full kitchen, laundry, a large living and dining area. Rate is for 6 persons. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. Rollaway bed can be placed in for 7th person at Extra person charge $25.00. Cot hire is available for a one-off charge of $20.00.
