Property Description

Our cottages are located on a 250 acre farming property just three hours drive south of Perth. You can experience our picturesque bushland setting and enjoy a stroll through the natural habitat. The peace and solitude of the country can be yours all year round. Relax by the fireplace with a local bottle of wine or journey out to enjoy all the South West has to offer- wineries, galleries and beaches. Wyadup Brook Cottages have been craftsmen built and feature pine logs rendered brick and exposed jarrah. This combination of elements complements the natural setting of our unique cottages. We opened on 26th December 1996 and have enjoyed our years of operation. We have six fully self-contained cottages nestled under the peppermint trees near the Wyadup Brook which runs through the middle of our 250 acre beef cattle farm. Four cottages have two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other has two single beds or a double bed and a single bed. We can provide extra beds which can be set up in the large living area if required. So, each two bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps six people. We now also have a fully self contained one bedroom cottage great for singles, couples or small families. This cottage has a queen bed and a single bed in the bedroom and a spare single bed in the living area. Our sixth cottage is a double storey three bedroom cottage completed in 2001 and will sleep up to nine people. With a queen size bed downstairs, a queen size bed upstairs and in the third bedroom upstairs, a double bed and 3 single beds, this cottage is great for large groups or family gatherings.

Travel Directions

Six kilometres south of the Yallingup Post Office along Caves Road, turn right into Wyadup Road. Travel 300 metres west along Wyadup Road and turn left into Wyadup Brook Cottages.

Cancellation Policy

We require 8 days notice of a cancellation to ensure return of any deposit paid. Less than 8 days notice total booking payable in full if in the view of the proprietor insufficient time has been given to re-book the accommodation. We will not accept any school leaver groups during Schoolies Week Nov 22nd to Dec 2nd 2012.

Banjine - 2 Bedroom

A single storey two bedroom cottage with a queen size bed in one bedroom and a double bed and a single bed in the second bedroom. Also a spare single bed in the living area if required. Children are charged at adult rates. Cots and highchairs are available at no extra charge. Breakfast is not provided unless requested. We can provide a continential breakfast basket with 24 hours notice, for an extra charge.

Cowslip - 2 Bedroom

This two bedroom single storey cottage has a queen size bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. We then have a spare single bed which can be set up in the living area or the second bedroom. A single roll away bed is also available to be set up in the living area if required. Children are charged as adults/extras. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge. Breakfast is not provided unless requested. We can arrange a continential breakfast hamper with 24 hours notice, at an extra charge.

Pixie Mops-3 Bedroom

Pixie Mops is a double storey three bedroom cottage with a queen size bed downstairs, a queen size bed upstairs and a double bed and three single beds in the third bedroom upstairs. This cottage has two toilets, one downstairs and one upstairs, the main bathroom is downstairs.Children are charged as adults. Cots and highchairs can be provided at no extra charge. Breakfast is not provided unless requested. A continential breakfast basket can be provided with 24 hours notice, at an extra charge.

Snottygobble / 2 Bedroomloft

Two bedroom loft cottage with a queen size bed in the ground floor bedroom and five single beds in the first floor loft. Bathroom and toilet downstairs. Children charged as adults. Cots and highchairs available at no extra charge. Breakfast is not provided unless requested. A continential breakfast basket can be provided with 24 hours notice, at an extra charge.

Wiry Wattle A - 2 Bedroom

Two bedroom single storey cottage with disabled friendly facilities. Queen size bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. We then have a spare single bed which can be set up in the second bedroom or the living area. An extra single roll away bed is also available to be set up in the living area if required. Children are charged as adults. Cots and highchairs available at no extra charge. Breakfast is not provided unless requested. A continential breakfast basket can be provided with 24 hours notice, at an extra charge.

Wiry Wattle B -1 Bedroom

Single storey one bedroom cottage with a queen size bed and a single bed in the bedroom and a spare single bed in the living area. Full kitchen for self catering and cosy pot belly fireplace. Children over 2 years are charged as adults. Porta cots and highchairs available at no extra charge. Breakfast is not included in the nightly tariff. A continential breakfast basket can be provided with 24 hours notice, at an extra charge.
