Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations during peak periods school holidays and public holidays will forfeit full tariff. Other conditions apply during peak periods. If you have booked during these periods we do strongly recommend taking out travel insurance for your stay as no refund will be given if your booking is cancelled. A credit card imprint is required on check in.

Holiday Cottage

Avlon Cottage is fully self contined and located in a prime quiet leafy street in the heart of Ballina @ 21 Crane Street. Only two blocks from the Richmond River, eat street, boat ramp, water park and the main street where the RSL, clubs, pubs, cafes, banks, post office and restaurants are located. Perfect for a weekend getaway, family holiday or work stay. A leisurely bicycle ride and you reach Ballinas beautiful beaches and only a 20 minute scenic coastal drive to Byron Bay. With three bedrooms and a large bathroom this house accommodates up to eight guests. The first bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has two single beds & third bedroom with enclosed sleep out has a queen & two single beds. The cottage is fully furnished and boasts a well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, full size fridge & freezer. The laundry amenities include a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, laundry sink, clothes horse, broom, vacuum, mop, washing powder and pegs. There is a large dining & seperate lounge area, rear lane access, double lock up garage, large back yard, clothes line, reverse cycle air-conditioning, HD LCD TV, DVD player, CD player & radio. There is a front and back verandah with outdoor settings and a BBQ supplied for outside cooking. The back yard has plenty of space for boats, jet skis, trucks & larger vehicles. Because it is your time away we have tried to think of everything, including the little things such as, DVDs, books, games, BBQ with gas bottle, cleaning equipment & products, toilet paper, washing liquid, etc... The beds are made and all linen, towels, face washers and bathmats are supplied. All you need to bring is your clothes.

Spa Suite

The spa suite offers a supreme queen size mattress, huge room with a fold out double sofa bed and dining area and a large bathroom with a heart shaped spa bath. Fully cooked breakfast available at an extra cost. Please see our delicious menu on arrival.

Standard Family

This huge family room has a queen bed, & either one or two single beds (depending on amount of children booked with adults) and a fold out double sofa bed (also depending on amount of children booked in). This is great value for a family. Breakfast menu available on arrival at an extra cost.
