Your home for a romantic escape or relaxing break on 25 acres of picturesque parkland, found right in the heart of the Pokolbin vineyards, wineries and restaurants. Enjoy home comfort and privacy in your own fully self contained four bedroom homestead or two bedroom cottage. The Homestead has individually air-conditioned rooms, TV, DVD, BBQ, swimming pool and Pitch & Putt green. The cottage has air-conditioning, TV, DVD and BBQ facilities. All linen provided and breakfast packs available on request.. Possums is an ideal getaway when visiting the Hunter for concerts, weddings, and group weekends away. All prices below are the total cost for two-nights stay. The Lovett Shack Cottage (sleeps 6 people) Midweek: (Mon - Thurs) - $250.00 for 2 guests for 2 nights - $400.00 for 4 guests for 2 nights - Extra person $50pp per night Weekend: (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun) - $750.00 for 4 people - Extra person $50.00 pp per night The Willows Homestead Midweek: (Mon - Thurs) - $800 for up to 8 people for 2 nights - Extra person $50pp per night Weekend: (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun) - $1600 for 8 people - Extra person $50pp per night BBQ Hampers - $35pp. Include meat, gourmet sausages, salads, potatoes, bread rolls, cheese, crakers etc...

Cancellation Policy

Accommodation 1. If HVWCT¿s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client. 2. If HVWCT¿s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet. 3. If HVWCT¿s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission. 4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund. PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.

The Lovett Shack Cottage

1. Minimum of 4 adults in the Cottage on weekends. 2. Bedroms have queen beds. 3. Linen provided. 4. Minimum 2 nights on weekends. 5. Long weekend minimum 3 nights stay. 6. Queen sofa in loungeroom. 7. Breakfast packs available on request.

The Willows Homestead
