Falls Retreat has the feel of a resort, yet is only 30 minutes away by car from the centre of Perth, the capital of Western Australia.It is conveniently located 18 km from the domestic airport and just 12 km from the International and FIFO terminals.
Falls Retreat has two renovated guest rooms available, the elegant “Victoria” and the cosy “Niagara”. One room has a queen sized bed. Victoria has a king sized bed which can be split into 2 king sized singles if required. Both house rooms are unsutiable for children.. There's air conditioning, heating, tea and coffee making facilities, built in robes and soft down lights. Bath robes and hair dryers are also provided for your convenience. There is a shared bathrooms, Children are welcome at Falls Retreat in the Lesmurdie or Angel apartments only.We supply a fold up cot and linen free of charge. A high chair is also available free of charge.
A 3 room self contained unit, the Lesmurdie was fitted out in April 2004, This unit is completely self contained with airconditioning, room for 4 people, a private entrance. Outside the door is a 5 person spa available all year round- it features special hydrotherapy jets on one corner. Breakfast is provided for guests in this apartment as part of the tariff.
Since October 2008, there's also a fully self contained unit the Angel, which is equipped with all modern and very private facilities which sleeps a maximum of 4 people. This apartment has a full kitchen, private courtyard with outdoor furniture and fountain as well as a flat screen television and air conditioning and heating. Angel is a delightful place to completely relax.
Breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining room at the jarrah table or the pergola. The Mediterranean style pergola is the perfect area in which to sip a glass of wine A gas barbeque is available for all guests to use.
Hosts Jenette and Peter are both well traveled and know how to look after their guests. Peter has his own taxi service and can help with Perth sightseeing tips and travel advice. If needed, he can even arrange a taxi pickup from the domestic or international airports, or from the bus terminal. This service must be pre-booked.
