We loved Texada cottage, beautiful big outdoor spa with an umbrella so we could still use it when it was raining, the bed lovely and comfortable, overall really clean, quiet and private little cottage. We will come to stay again, Thanks!!

We enjoyed every aspect of the exceptional attention to detail and comfort, privacy; and the excellent communication from Jackie. This is a wonderful place to stay and take in the country air, take time to walk the streets of Daylesford, sit back and enjoy the sumptuous accommodation, peace and tranquility, and comfort plus plus plus!

I took my daughter and two fluffy dogs for a long weekend to Daylesford in the middle of July - it was cold but beautiful. Double Nut was terrific in all respects - brilliant location right in the middle of town, perfect for dogs with an enclosed area at the end for them to play outside (and so great to be able to bring them along!), lovely apartment with great decor (great red/white/black colours for my daughter who is a mad St Kilda fan) , welcome refreshments, chocolates and wine on arrival. When I found a couple of maintenance issues and contacted the management, I was treated with consideration and respect and the issues were attended to promptly, and even the repair man left a very friendly note when he fixed the TV. All in all, we had a wonderful time and I would happily return there again in a heartbeat.

The carriage has been restored to a very high stadard. THe supplies in the carriage were excellent and we had a great time. WE will go back sometime as it was so perfect.

My mum and I stayed at Double Nut Chalets for two nights to have some much needed mother/daugher time. We had such a wonderful relaxing time. Our chalet was very comfortable and lovely and private. We loved the complimentary champagne and chocolates which we enjoyed in the spa on the first night.

fantastic stay, the serenity was so nice and would recommed. Its was a relaxing stay and not too far from shops.
