Very friendly and accommodating owners. Room more than adequate, clean with plenty of features. French doors onto pleasant garden, plenty of privacy. Very good, bathroom and laundry facilities. Very convenient location, clean, moderately priced, adequate parking, great jacuzzi tub, quiet location, pleasant staff. However, no microwave (but kettle, toaster, fridge, plates, cups etc provided). In all a very satisfactory hotel for those on a modest budget
