WE OCCUPIED ROOM 14 AND FOUND IT TO BE TRAFFIC NOISY FROM ABOUT 6AM......VERY CLOSE TO MAIN ROAD ALSO DOWN PIPE DRIPS LOUDLY WHEN RAINING.......GOOD CENTRAL LOCATION TO ALL PLACES OF INTREST

The owner operators moto would seem to be " nothing is to much trouble" . They were very helpfull and welcoming on my 3 day stay . The rooms are quite large compared with others in this price range and whilst I stayed I dined in the inhouse restaurant.for dinner on 2 nights.I must say although the restaurant decore is a little dated the meals were excellent . I was not the only one pleased as I heard other diners also remarking on the quality of their meals. This is the first time I have every sent a review although I stay in motels frequently but credit where its due .I will look forward to staying again in this motel when I next stop at Ballarat ..
