Panoramic sea views from all units allow guests to watch yacht races from their balcony or patio during the yachting season. Landscaped foreshore areas extend from opposite the Motel and are ideal for leisurely walks whilst easy access is provided to the beach for those who want to wander along the shore.
Wisteria Lodge is the only Flag Motel and Restaurant on Kangaroo Island and is located only 900 metres from the heart of Kingscote. Perfectly situated overlooking lovely Nepean Bay, Wisteria Lodge features luxury accommodation, gracious dining and a wide range of facilities to ensure the total enjoyment of your holiday.
Kangaroo Island remains one of Australia's last unspoilt wilderness areas. Seal Bay is unique in the world as a place where people can walk amongst wild seals suckling their young and in perfect harmony with the humans around them.
Our ecology has not been ravaged by introduced species to the same degree as the mainland of Australia. Consequently the native flora and fauna, particularly the small marsupials, exist in almost their original state.
Wildlife is abundant and the "tame" animals at Flinders Chase are a delight, particularly for the young. Seal Bay, Kelly Hill Caves, Remarkable Rocks, Admiral's Arch and the wildflowers, when in season, are just some of the many attractions to enjoy.
