‘Book it Now’ lists thousands of holiday accommodation properties throughout Australia. To sign up your accommodation property, fill in the form below and go through the simple setup process. Once the setup is complete, we will check your setup and place your listing online. Once your listing is active online you will be able to make changes to the information at any time through the ‘Book it Now’ property administration system.

There are no other annual or setup fees to list with ‘Book it Now’. We charge 10% commission (Inc GST) on successful bookings sent through our website. Commission is payable after the guest has stayed.

You can list your property on an enquiry basis, or with live rates and availably using one of the channel managers that we connect with. We are currently connected with the following ‘Channel Managers’

If you are currently connected to one of these channel managers, you can display your rates and availability on our website. If you are not currently connected to a channel manager you can still list your accommodation with us on an enquiry basis. Operator Terms and Conditions for use of Book it Now Pty Ltd.

--- Definitions ---
Enquirer or visitor means any person using the BookitNow.com.au website.
We, our, BookitNow.com.au, BookitNow means Book it Now Pty Ltd and employees.
You, your, operator or property means the owners, management or staff of accommodation listed on BookitNow.com.au.

--- Listing Accuracy & Enquiry Responses ---
All information you provide on your listing to 'Book it Now' visitors or enquirers must be accurate and complete without giving a false impression of the accommodation features or quality.

Operators shall not list direct contact information including phone numbers, e-mail addresses or websites on their listings other than in the fields provided for this in the listing setup & maintenance. Where contact information is found in the property descriptions it will be removed. The operator’s contact details are provided to visitors to the BookitNow website once an enquiry has been made for your property.

Prices listed and quoted to BookitNow visitors or enquiries shall NOT include a separate fee for booking through BookitNow. All quotes must include GST where applicable.

You must not provide information to 'Book It Now' or to visitors which is copyright unless you hold the copyright or have permission from the copyright holder. You agree for your copyright information to be displayed on BookItNow and BookitNow’s travel blog.

BookitNow reserves the right (but have no obligation) to review, modify, reformat, reject or remove any information or pictures displayed on your listing.

Operators shall not refer enquirers to competing online accommodation services.

Booking enquiries are sent directly by email to you from visitors to the BookItNow website. At your discretion, you may confirm or deny the booking enquiry. As a condition of listing your property on the BookItNow website, all enquiries must be responded to, if only to state the lack of availability.

It is the responsibility of the visitors and the operators to finalise and confirm bookings. Book It Now is not liable for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to, failure of a booking or 'no-show' by a visitor.

BookitNow is not responsible in the event of non-payment, property damage, state of cleanliness or the conduct of visitors enquiring from the BookItNow website, should a booking be made.

If your accommodation is to cease trading you must inform 'Book It Now' as soon as you become aware this will happen. It is your responsibility to inform any guests who have bookings beyond the closure date and to return to these guests any deposit they might have paid towards their stay.

--- Removal of listings ---
You may remove your listing at any time by e-mailing info@bookitnow.com.au. On removal of your listing, you must pay any outstanding invoices at the time of removal. A confirmation of future stays form must be completed for future months for which you received enquiries through BookitNow and you must pay for any resulting invoices.

Book it Now Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend any listing at any time without specifying a reason. Reasons for properties to be suspended include but are not limited to unprofessional management of property or enquiries and non-compliance with completing of the monthly confirmation of stays and invoice payment.

--- Book It Now fees ---
Book it Now Pty Ltd's fee for successful bookings is 10% of the booking amount unless otherwise specifically agreed upon. Invoices are to be paid within 14 days.

Book it Now’s fee applies if a visitor who requests accommodation with you through BookitNow stays at your accommodation unless the visitor made a request for the same dates through another commissionable source prior to the request made through BookitNow. BookitNow reserves the right to request proof that you did receive such a request from another source prior to the request from BookitNow.

On a monthly basis, BookitNow will provide you with a list of booking enquiries received through the BookitNow website for that particular operator for the particular month of stays. From this list you must advise which bookings proceeded and which did not. This Confirmation of Stays list is to be completed whether or not any bookings resulted from enquiries. An invoice will be generated from this list detailing your advertising costs.

BookitNow reserves the right to insist on an audit of guests against BookitNow enquiries at any time.

--- Insurance and right to trade ---
You must have adequate public liability insurance cover and any other insurances required by federal, state or territory laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to meet any liabilities which could result from guests staying at your accommodation, from failure of a guest to stay or pay in full, or in any other way from the use of the BookitNow website or a booking resulting from an enquiry through BookitNow.

You must be licensed to trade as short term furnished accommodation rental, and meet all applicable rules, regulations and legislation according to the jurisdiction where the property is located.

Where you are trading under a business name, that name must be registered with the appropriate state or federal authority.

--- Limitation of Liability  ---
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book it Now Pty Ltd excludes completely all liability to any person for loss or damage of any kind (however caused, including by negligence) arising from or relating in any way to the material and/or any use of the BookitNow website or the provision of any services by it. Where any law implies a warranty into these terms of use, which may not lawfully be excluded, then to the maximum extent permitted by law, BookitNow’s liability for breach of the warranty will at BookitNow’s option be limited to the supply of the services again, or the payment of the cost of having them supplied again.

--- Privacy ---
All information of the operators and enquirers is treated as confidential by BookitNow. All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that personal information is stored securely and accurately.

--- System Reliability ---
BookitNow does not guarantee secure and/or uninterrupted access to the BookItNow website at any time. BookItNow can not be held liable for any loss resulting from you relying on the BookItNow website security, supply of information or access to the BookItNow website.

--- Website Use ---
We reserve the right to amend this agreement on BookitNow at any time by giving you 7 days notice in writing. If we do, your continued use of BookitNow will constitute your acceptance of any change(s). If you to the new agreement, you may remove your listing from BookitNow otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted the new agreement.

By listing your property on the BookItNow website, you accept the above terms and conditions and agree not to use the BookItNow website for unlawful or prohibited activities, either as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, or governed by other applicable laws and regulations.
